refinance of loan 3 different times. always looks into the best product for me with the lowest interest rates. i have also worked with Brenda when i worked at the title companies & her closings have most always been smooth
Ray was easy to work with. Throughout the process he was always available even after business hours to answer any questions and was completely honest and transparent when it came to the fees. First time I have ever worked with a loan officer that showed up at our closing. He has a passion for what he does. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a loan.

Gino made the process of refinancing very easy. We tried to refinance with our original mortgage company and they made the process very arduous. The people that we talked to at CFS were very condescending. Gino was very amicable and professional.

Pam had helped me out when I was in a huge jam. I am a first time home buyer who originally was going to go through the VA home loan program with a different lender that I will not mention by name. 3 days before closing I was told that I didn't qualify for the VA home loan even though I had been pre-approved and that they couldn't do anything for me.
