I had a number of surprises some years ago with my finances. The the issues were all corrected yet it was a challenge getting all I needed to get through a new house financing. Brenda and the underwriters were awesome to work with. they did my loan in a reasonable amount of time and to my satisfaction. Brenda was always available when I had questions and was able to answer my questions with knowledge.
Jim was the loan agent for the mortgage on my first house. He is very knowledgeable about a variety of loan services and investment considerations. For my mortgage, he explained the process clearly and addressed my questions. It made me feel confident in his services as we had a tight deadline (3 weeks) to close the mortgage. Everything went smoothly and closed on time.
Working with Ray was a real pleasure, I have been in contact with him on and off for two years trying to get a home loan but couldn't qualify for one for various reasons but he was finally able to help us recently obtain a home loan. In all our dealings Ray was the ultimate professional, he was a wealth of information and was very understanding and patient with us during the whole process. Jim was very thorough letting us know what was needed to get our mortgage approved and then through the process of underwriting which can be frustrating for anyone. Had a very tough challenge with my refinance due to my divorce, low equity due to Housing crisis. Was able to find the absolute best program for me. Worked around the clock nights and weekends. Made calls to the county, the banks, title companies to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend him 100%.
This was my first home loan. Koby went through each of my options with me and helped me understand each of them. He patiently walked through all of the documents and explained what all of the expenses were and why they were needed.
