Jason has been the most responsive loan officer I ever worked with. He is always super fast to answer any question via text, email, or phone call. I have personally recommended him to several of my friends and colleagues over the years, as he has handled several refinances for me, and is currently handling a purchase for me. I do not see myself working with anybody else in the future.
Very thorough, relentless to help the customer, would recommend to friends and family, very accommodating with obtaining and gathering documents and information for mortgage process. A+++++++
Ruth was awesome. She helped us get our loan , even when another lender couldn't . She followed us thru the entire process and communicated thoroughly every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
