Jim was by far the most Professional, Informed, and Helpful person I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he save me a half point on my mortgage rate, he was available to answer questions after our loan was closed and sold. He was also able to refinance a previous "Unrefinanceable" loan - or at least that's what all of the other so-called "Real Estate Professionals" said. Jason handled our refi last year and I can't recommend him highly enough! His rate was significantly below any of the other quotes that we received, and the process went quickly & flawlessly with his help.
