I had a very positive experience. Everyone from the initial contact to all of the supporting staff were very helpful and friendly. I'm sure I asked more questions that necessary along the way, but they were always pleasant answering my questions.
Sharyn was instrumental in helping us refinance our home. She and her team were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and very personable and easy to communicate with. We refinanced our home to a much better rate with no closing costs and Sharyn was great at walking us through various loan options as well as dealing with any minor hiccups that occur along the way.
This was our second refinance with Pam Gustafson and Amy Coppus in the last three years. They so exceeded our expectations on every facet of our first mortgage refinance, that they were our one and only phone call when we decided that rates couldn't go any lower and we refinanced again.
