Pam was awesome to work with. My computer was not able to open some of the documents needed to close, so I called Pam for advice and within minutes she was at my house showing me what I needed to do. I would recommend Pam to anyone looking for great rates as well as great customer service.
I used GSF several times for both refinancing and purchasing. Each time, Pam Gustafson was my loan originator, and Amy coppus was my loan processor. Called GSF and presented my refinancing needs to Pam Gustafson and she indicated she could meet my needs. My closing was within 6 weeks from initiation. We are very pleased with GSF.
Pam was extremely helpful in helping me select the best loan for my needs and getting it locked in quickly. Their online system for uploading documentation made was much easier than dealing with a fax, email, or snail mail. The entire refinance process took less than 30 days to complete, which was amazing.
They were very helpful with the whole process. They checked in and followed through on everything in a very timely manner. So thankful we found them. I recommend others to use this company because they made the process of buying a home super easy.
