It was great experience working with Eileen Million. She is very helpful, patient and responsive. She always picks up her phone, even late at night, answering my numerous questions. With her help, we got an awesome rate with refunds. She even gave us some credits which was not promised when we started working with her. How nice is that? My loan was approved 10 days before the closing date with no complication. I am glad to choose working with her. If I am buying another house in the future, I will definitely go back to her.

Sharyn Dicarlo is amazing. Very competant and treated my file like it was her own. She was able to give me all the options available to me and helped me choose the best one for me. She was very prompt in returning emails and phone calls even when is was late in the evening.

I recently closed on a new home purchase loan house with GSF as my lender. They turned around a loan from start till release of funds/ closing in under 25 days. I had originally decided to get a loan from the builder themselves but they raised interest rates on me right as the house was nearing completion (30 days out) stating a recent increase in rates.
