I came across GSF while on the web. I had a feeling rates would start going up soon (and they did) so I wanted to refinance my home. Sharyn was extremely pleasnt to work with, very knowledgeble and extremely responsive. GSF fee structure was the best I came across, much better than I could do locally. Closing was completed at my office which was very convenient. I would highly recommend Sharyn and GSF.

I refinanced my home loan through GSF. Sharyn Dicarlo was assigned to our loan refinance package and stayed in contact with us every step of the way. Although everything was done thru phone, fax or email Sharyn returned calls and answered questions immediately. I will definitely use GSF again and have recommended Sharyn as a contact.

I have closed 5 mortgage loans and my experience with Sharyn Dicarlo was the best of all. She was very helpful and available when needed. Even at the closing table, I was able to call her and get immediate response to our needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely had the sense that she was on my side and working for me. Being a direct lender, Sharyn was able to get instant answers from the loan processor and others, which is a big help. The name says it all - "GoGSF" !!!

Someone recommended Sharyn Dicarlo at GSF for my mortgage needs a couple of months ago. When I contacted Sharyn, she gave me the best rate and a very reasonable set of fees. First, I will say that I typically don't write reviews (although I use them alot) unless I have had a great experience...and I did with this company. I hadn't shopped for a mortgage for years and I had called around several places making sure I was getting the best rate I could. I have now done two Mortgage Refinances with GSF Mortgage Corp. Both time Mike English my loan officer was great in getting me the best rate and keeping me posted with updates on the loan process. I would highly recommend GSF to anyone looking for a trustworthly mortgage company. They continued to follow up even after the loan was closed to make sure I was fully satisfied.

My rep was Michael English and he helped us get a great deal. His entire company was thorough and efficient and they kept us informed through a difficult process (our current lender was horrible and made everyone's lives very difficult). This was the best experience I've ever had with a refinance and closing. It was all done remotely over the phone and web via a secure process. The closing was great. It was done at 7pm on the Saturday of the Memorial Day Weekend, at a place of our choosing, to accomodate our out of town travel plans that holiday weekend. I have bought, sold, and refinanced several times over the years and this was the easiest and quickest mortgage loan I have ever done. The personnel were professional, doing items on the website was great and the closing was simple and fast. I could not have asked for a better mortgage process.
