Mike was able to answer all our questions in purchasing our new home which made the whole experience worry free .We were able to raise our credit rating with the help of a credit restoration company to the level we needed to get our mortgage thank you !

We closed our refinancing on 2/27 with GSF. The entire process has been a pleasant one. There were some kinks because we had a Home Equity Line of Credit that we wanted to keep open. It ended up taking longer than the lock period, but we did not get charged for it. All GSF staff we worked with were very pleasant and helpful. We worked with Mike, Kurt, Sara, and Brian. Refinancing with GSF was a fantastically easy process. My loan originator from GSF, Sharyn Dicarlo, was great to work with and very accesible. She made sure I understood the outcomes of every decision in the process and was great in ushering the loan all the way to closing. No major hiccups were experienced, just a quick refi experience (under 25 days).

I worked with Mike Cox to get this purchase done. Great experience and he deserves a raise! I was about 15 days into the loan with a different lender (Home Finance of America) and they dropped the ball. Luckily, Mike was there to pick it back up and he was able to finish my purchase. Granted it took longer than the original 30 day escrow period but that was because he wasn't given much time to start with.
