This was our first time dealing with GSF; it was like having our own personal mortgage company! Pam Gustafson was knowledgeable, cheerful, helped us choose the right loan for us. Sharyn helped my husband and me buy our first home. We were new to the entire process and she was quick to answer our many questions. Sharyn also went out of her way to drive to my place of employment so we could meet in person, since I was a little nervous doing everything online and over the phone. My experience with Mike Cox and GSF was amazing! I looked at a lot of different lenders before choosing GSF. Mike was not only able to get me the lowest rates and cost I could find anywhere but he was also able to move up my closing date and close in 22 days. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know. My realtor loved working with him as well. She said he was on top of everything and it made her job a lot easier. Highly recommended. GoGSF!
My broker was Mike Cox. He was exceptionally helpful finding me the best rate available (the title agent at closing commented she had never seen a rate this low) and making the closing happen in 25 days from the time we locked the rate (my real estate agent hadn't seen that happen so quickly). I have recommended Mike to a friend and co-worker and will use him again in the future.

I was initially skeptical of seeking my mortgage refinance through something other than a "standard" financial institution. After thorough research I decided to give GSF a try and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Pam Gustafson great to work with and the entire process was conducted from my home, including the closing. Should I be in the position to need another mortgage in the future, GSF will be my first stop.
