Ran into some difficulties (that were not the fault of GSF) doing my refinance and GSF put in a lot of extra time and effort to get it done. They were always responsive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Bottom line is that I always felt that GSF was on my side and as we ran into problems they worked with me to get through them until the refinancing was complete. It was great to deal with a company that understands and values great customer service. I would highly recommend GSF.
Cory first gave me overally the best quotes with various scenarios analyses and trade offs with very professional and friendly follow up. I had a very demanding closing timeline (30 days need done everything) and unexpected delay from the seller, Cory and Debbie, under pressure, had the work done beautifully. Every communication had fast turnaround in regard to Q&A and solving unexpected issues. They are the role models that all mortgage professionals should be.
I contacted GSF about a refinance. Eileen Million gave me an initial quote over the phone in just a few minutes. GSF beat all of the other lenders. We locked in our rate two days later. From the initial quote to close was less than 2 weeks. Everything went fast and Eileen was available for any questions throughout the process. She followed through and made sure everything went right. The entire experience was great and I would highly recommend Eileen and GSF for mortgage needs. I have already referred several friends.
Actually enjoyed the experience. Pam was great. Amy was patient. Both were helpful! When I originally found GSF on Zillow recommendation, it was on a Sunday. Got a call from Green Bay, WI a half hour later - and met Pam for the first time. Had a pleasant conversation, and got the process going right then.

Pam Gustafson and team were great to work with. Easily provided the best rate possible when looking around. The process was painless. My neighbors who also refinanced right before me wouldn't believe how smooth the process went and the rate I got. It might seem impossible based on horror stories you hear about refinancing but we closed within 30 days. Had a great refinancing experience with GSF. Sharyn Dicarlo has worked with me as my mortgage loan specialist through my home purchase and refinancing, and now a second refinancing of the house. Was prompt in response and answered every question I threw her way. I was never out of the loop the entire way. My wife and I just closed a re-fi with GSF and I could not be happier!! We initially extended our rate lock to 60 days because we were also doing a resubordination on our 2nd. We went past that by two months because the first appraisal took 4 weeks to get done.
