We refinanced through GSF Mortgage. Our primary contact, Pam G, was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and responded to our questions via phone or e-mail very quickly. This was our second mortgage though GSF. We were delighted both times with the great service we received and the wonderful mortgage.
I should say that this was one of my best experience with a mortgage lender. They meticulously worked through all details inspite of several hurdles that came in the course of closing the loan. I will definitely recommend GSF to others. Especially Sharyn DiCarlo did a wonderful job in closing this loan as planned.
Noting GSF Mortgage Corp. excellent ratings during an internet search, I contacted the main office who immediately referred me to Sharyn Dicarlo. I refinanced twice over the past year with GSF due to the fluctuations in ARM and 30 Year Conventional rates. In both instances GSF was extremely responsive and provided me with very accurate information including my Good Faith Estimates. I looked at Quicken, Amerisave and others, but they appeared to be more interested in closing the deal rather than helping me achieve my financial objectives. GSF got us the best rate, when other companies wouldn't do a refinance or worked in unfavorable terms. Beyond getting the best numbers, Pam and the team where great about answering questions, and made it clear what they needed when. The process was painless and we are very happy to have worked with them.
I've recently refinanced our home and we worked with Sharyn D. She was quick to respond to any questions we had during the process and we closed quickly. I highly recommend her and GSF Mortgage. We were very happy.
In January, we started the refinancing process with another Mortgage Company. We had a terrible experience. After 55 Days, we decided pull the plug. We were so upset since we had spent so much time and money but the Mortgage Company still couldn't secure the refinanced mortgage. It was a disaster. What a relief when we went to GSF Mortgage.
