I refinanced twice over the past year with GSF due to the fluctuations in ARM and 30 Year Conventional rates. In both instances GSF was extremely responsive and provided me with very accurate information including my Good Faith Estimates. GSF got us the best rate, when other companies wouldn't do a refinance or worked in unfavorable terms. Beyond getting the best numbers, Pam and the team where great about answering questions, and made it clear what they needed when. The process was painless and we are very happy to have worked with them.

In January, we started the refinancing process with another Mortgage Company. We had a terrible experience. After 55 Days, we decided pull the plug. We were so upset since we had spent so much time and money but the Mortgage Company still couldn't secure the refinanced mortgage. It was a disaster. What a relief when we went to GSF Mortgage. The day I contacted her, I received an immediate response back and within the day I had been given an estimate and had paperwork to fill out. The rest of the process was extremely quick and easy. Eileen Million made the refinance process painless and fast. I had several issues that need to be cleared up because of a divorce.
