I was contacted by Sharyn DiCarlo about a refinance at a time we were looking into lower rates for our loan. Perfect timing, she had refinanced our loan 2 years ago and I trusted her with the process. We were very happy with the no points and very low origination fee; could not have gotten a better deal, and she was always there for us whenever we needed her with an immediate response, even after hours PST vs EST. We like the way GSF does business Honest, Efficient, Timely. WE definitely recommend them 5 stars!
The loan processing by Sharyn DiCarlo and Amy Coppus was stellar. They were on top of the many issues that can arise and proactive in communicating. All requests were promptly handled. It was an excellent experience.

I thought Sharyn Dicarlo and GSF Mortgage did an outstanding job on my refi. Sharyn seems to work 24/7 in order to make sure the closing is done quickly and correctly. I shopped around extensively for the best deal on rates/fees on my 7/1 ARM and GSF had the best deal. This is the second time I have used them and I would highly recommend them.
GSF has been great to work with and would highly recommend. Just completed our third refinance and every single time has gone extremely smooth.
