I am/was a first time home buyer that was clueless about the mortgage process. At first, I was very weary of using an out-of-state broker, however my experience with GSF was awesome! GSF had the best rate and fees bar none. Another mortgage company I was working didn't think it was possible for GSF to make money given their low fees! I was a little nervous that issues might arise, but everything closed on time and as the fees agreed.
I was weary of internet ads, but GSF is a great company and you should give them a try. I worked with Pamela on my refinance and she was wonderful throughout the process. Patient and very responsive, and understanding of our situation, no question too small and it was a pleasure to work with her. The rates at GSF are better than any other quotes I had, which were at least a half percentage point above. Pam did an excellent job finding me the best possible rate for my circulstances. She was always extremly responsive whether i communicate via phone or email. This was the second time I used GSF and will use them in the future if needed. They always get me the best market prices especially when compared to Bankrate.com.
