I contacted GSF when looking for a mortgage company. My son-in-law had just recently used them with complete satisfaction when he had his home refinanced. He did not have to pay any 'closing costs' which is what I was hopefully looking to get as well. After contacting 3 companies, I was completely shocked to see the 'difference' of closing on them all. I had a previous issue with this re finance from another provider. I was up front and honest with Pam Gustafson regarding my concerns and lessons learned from my first try a few weeks prior. She and I had a number of good conversations and my goals were understood. Pam supplied great quote sheets and was very clear regarding my goals vs reality. Pam responded to emails within minutes. I could not ask for a better experience an the one I got from GSF. The person with whom I worked on the refinancing, Pam Gustafson, did everything in her power to see that I never was put out.When there were times we had to meet she was the one to go the extra mile to make it easy on me. The whole process was made easy and quick. I have nothing but high praises for Pam and GSF

We refinanced through GSF Mortgage. Our primary contact, Pam G, was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and responded to our questions via phone or e-mail very quickly. This was our second mortgage though GSF. We were delighted both times with the great service we received and the wonderful mortgage.

I should say that this was one of my best experience with a mortgage lender. They meticulously worked through all details inspite of several hurdles that came in the course of closing the loan. I will definitely recommend GSF to others. Especially Sharyn DiCarlo did a wonderful job in closing this loan as planned.

Noting GSF Mortgage Corp. excellent ratings during an internet search, I contacted the main office who immediately referred me to Sharyn Dicarlo. After a prompt but thorough review, Sharyn Dicarlo, our mortgage consultant, proposed a good "standard" refinance package until an unexpected low home appraisal was received. Even though I saw very good reviews I was still little skeptical about a Mortgage Company I found out on the internet. But I decided to give it a chance. And I'm really happy I did that. Pam is a very good person to work with. She immediately contacted me. We discussed the details, she understood what I'm looking for and provided me several options.
