I have refinanced two times in the past 15 months, both time using Andy Newmann of GSF mortgage. Both times were tremendous experiences. Andy was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. The process was straightforward and Andy was always courteous, answering any questions quickly. In my recent refinance, I was actually charged over $200 LESS than I was quoted in the Good Faith Estimate of closing costs. overall, a great rate with a great experience!

We"ve refinanced 3 seperate times with GSF and each experience has been excellent. They are thoroughly knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Each time they have had the most competitive rate to go along with their outstanding service. We didn't even have to travel to the closing. They sent someone to our home at anytime that fit our schedule!

My wife and I worked with Pam Gustafson to refinance of our first mortgage. In our situation, we owe more than the home is worth so we were most interested in lower monthly payments in order to pay off a 2nd mortgage sooner. Secondarily we didn't want to pay high closing costs or have them tacked on to the new mortgage. Our own Credit Union would have charged at least 5K creating a break even point out a few years or, in our case, less cash to pay towards the 2nd mortgage. Just refinanced our house with GSF. Our experience was very positive. We received one of the lowest rates out there, with almost no closing costs. Sharyn DiCarlo was very patient in answering all my questions and was very honest and open about closing costs and available options from the beginning. She is also extremely accessible-- if you email her at any time (even on the weekend), she gets back to you right away. We closed in less than 25 days. Very fast and efficient service. I would definitely recommend them!

Very easy to work with. Andy always answered my questions quickly and made sure what he original quoted me in closing cost was going to reflect in the final paperwork. He put my concerns to ease with follow up emails or phone calls. They are very professional at GSF and truly have good rates to offer.

My experience with GSF Mortgage was one of the easiest I've ever gone through. My Loan Officer Sharyn Dicarlo was so helpful and answered all my questions. Sharyn also kept me updated with the process step by step. She is a work horse! Sharyn saved me a lot of money a month and saved me a lot of money for the length of my loan.
