The representative from GSF that I dealt with was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She seemed to be available at any time of day to answer any questions that I had and always responded quickly to any e-mails that I sent. I highly recommend GSF Mortgage Corp.

We had a very quick refinance with GSF. Pam provided a few options based on items we were considering. This gave us an opportunity to consider carefully what path we wanted to take as we refinanced. Overall the process was extremely smooth. The closing at home was terrific too!

I had an extremely positive experience with GSF Mortgage Corp from the beginning of the loan process to the end. My loan officer, Sharyn DeCarlo, was absolutely the most helpful, knowledgeable, and professional person that I have ever dealt with with refinancing of our home. Pam Gustafson, our loan officer, was wonderful. She answered all of our questions promptly and we were able to close within the month. Our closing costs were incredibly low and the rates were comparable. The company as a whole has been disappointing. 2+ months after closing our loan is still in limbo. We were told at closing that it was being sold to a certain company, which evidently fell through. Our homeowners insurance is due tomorrow. I sure hope it gets paid out of escrow... I had a great experience dealing with GSF Mortgage Corp. Our loan officer Pam Gustafson was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I was even able to call her late evening to ask her a question. She is a great asset to GSF. She is always available to answer your questions. If you leave her a message she calls you back immediatly. I am very satisfied with the service I have received. When I first started searching for mortgage options, I called a few lenders. I was disappointed in the almost bait-and-switch that most offered. They quoted a low rate but had high costs. I decided to go with GSF because they had a good rate and low costs During the process, the loan officer was very patient explaining the process and quick to return our phone calls. We were happy with the service and feel good about our choice.
