Im surprised that someone gave them 1 they are very efficient, great customer service and they have a variety of services you can patients learn the system before you give your review and I dont believe that they wouldnt refund the money because they explained everything to me when I signed up.. I am 63 and still active. People that live far away can use this service for their love ones. They dont have to have a cell phone they can call from landline. My car was repoed this week, thank God for GoGo! I needed to get to my apartment from work. The driver was very nice, and polite. Plus the timing for my ride was incredibly fast. Way to go GoGo!
