My first and second rides, from home to exam appointment then return back home. Appointment ride was scheduled 2 days before, got reminder text evening before day, text morning of stating arrival time, name of driver, car ************ & license plate number. Pleasant, attentive driver, clean, comfortable car. Return efficiently arranged, within 5 minutes, similar text received. Driver and car similar. This service is excellent, in all ways, giving me a real feel of freedom to get out once again.
For someone with some cognitive deficits, not being able to speak with someone to arrange the ride is very frustrating. My impression was that when you call for an **** or Lyft, the person calling can actually speak with a person instead of going through a series of robotic responses. The ride came swiftly, and was fine, but obtaining the ride was a challenge for the individual.

I think that this is a really go program that's needed. It may not be for everyone but they have a really good service for those can benefit from the program.
This was my first ride. Drivers were pleasant, helpful with rollator. Good drivers. Cars very clean. Rides on time. Very pleasant experiences overall.

An extemely cordial and courteous operator helped me complete my application to GoGoGrandparents. Today (3/20) I scheduled one ride in advance and called for another after my appointment for my return home. Both cars were clean with a smooth ride. Both drivers were absolutely prompt, courteous and easy to interact with. My husband was also extremely pleased. We need to keep this service for older people in our community!

I am a new subscriber to gogogp as of 3/17/2026 on the fixed income plan.I needed assistance with signing up for service and ****** was an excellent operator and quickly helped me to get it done. I will take advantage of this service when I can. I am essentially a "shut in", fully disabled as far as employment is concerned. Fixed income Stage 4 COPD, additional oxygen 24/7 with tanks when leaving home and a recent widower.
