Pick up was great, the return was something else, waited outside for about 20 minutes, talked to the driver, she was on the other side of the building, had to direct her to the East Side of the building.

I have not yet signed up for membership but my neighbor has recommended Go GoGrandparent. When I called for information the representative was very informative, friendly, told me the costs and sent me information via email.I am happy to tell other seniors about GoGoGrandparent.

Polo reached out to me when I had a concern about a refund and he facilitated that matter. I Absolutely Love Go Go Grandparent! I Have Been Using This Service For Several Years, I Had A Severe Brain Anuresym And Stroke And Cant Drive Anymore. Even Though Its A Third Party Company With Lyft-***** Its Actually Pretty Good. Can Be A Little Costly But So Worth It To Have Independence. I Love The Fact Customer Service Is 24X 7 & You Can Speak To A Live Person, Not An Unreliable APP!
