***** is an excellent driver. In the midst of heavy morning traffic on Philly's main routes, he anticipated lane changes and glided through them. I was totally relaxed during a trip that is usually ************ only problem is the cost of the trip -- about $20 more than using **** directly.
As a new client, today I used the grocery delivery offering for our first outing and experienced their legendary service. After enabling me to navigate the order with a phone call versus via online selections, they kept me informed as to the deliverys status and expected time for receiving it at our door. If their transportation for door to door trips is of equal quality we will relieve some of our 82-year-old limitations at a time in of transition.
My first experience with Gogograndparent was excellent. Both drivers for my trip getting to my destination and returning home were friendly, polite and professional. The wait for the car for the first ride was around 10 minutes and the return was an amazing 5 minutes, Both cars were clean and comfortable. Drivers on both trips drove safely, normal speed, and carefully observing traffic regulations. I was very pleased with how easy the process was and I would readily recommend their services to others based on my experience.

I am a wheelchair-bound man nearing 60 years old. I have only used the pick-up and drop-off service with GoGoGrandparent. I have had nothing but good experiences with the service and the drivers. All drivers have taken my wheelchair apart and stowed it safely in their vehicle. Then on the other end, they have helped me with getting up steep grades and opened doors for me. I have been a five star uber driver for over a year and a half and never ever receive a tip on these rides, even if I am a very patient and accommodating driver. This is why go go grandparent has issues with cancellations. Drivers know they have to go above and beyond, and we'll never get a tip no matter what. Please reconsider your payment policies and give a tip for great service, and maybe drivers wouldn't cancel so often. I take the rides to be a good citizen, but if I need money, I will skip them.
