I had a pleasant conversation with **** on the phone. I called, asked questions, and received very patient and clear answers. I'm a senior hoping to become driverless and his answers will greatly affect my decision making. My first ride was booked with an operator. I explained where I needed to be picked up for accessibility. I cannot use the front door because of steps so requested to be picked up in the rear of my house, using the alley. Apparently, this was not relayed to the driver. I tried to access the driver, but it rang but no answer. Perhaps when it was when she was contacting the service to find out where the pick-up was to happen.
