My first time using a ride service. I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle and left me injured so I could not drive. Wonderful service to get me to and from the many doctor appointments I have to attend. Also available on short notice. They help me in and out of their vehicle since I am on crutches and one leg is immobile.

I have had two Go Go G...rides this week. I gave up driving because I was making mistakes. Go GO G...was easy and prompt with very pleasant drivers in good clean cars. I'm so glad I knew about this. I'll use it into my even more elderly years.

This was my first experience and it was so easy I was overwhelmed. I went to the doctor for an eye test, was on time and while I was there, I got a flu and Covid shot. Killed three birds with one stone. Then I called to go home and was home in 20 minutes. The whole experience was so effortless it was wonderful. Thank you GOGOGrandparent. You have a patron for life, whatever that means at 90 years old.

It is not possible to give a review on a "Ride" that hasn't happened yet. (Hence the "Average" rating.. The person "***" who responded to my phone call was courteous and helpful and it seems that I am scheduled for what I asked for. (Well Done) I would give her a great rating except no-where in the discussion was it pointed out that a driver has to "accept" my request. Well.. I am hoping for the best.
