Great service for anyone preferring to make a phone call and not deal with any apps . They take care of the details for you. As a senior, its convenient. I have no interest in keeping up with changing apps when I need a ride. This is SO much simpler. Never had a bad experience.

I used GoGoGrandparents for the first time having to take my mothers vehicle to get repaired. I needed a ride back from the mechanic to her home. After the easy set up on the phone, the driver arrived in 10 minutes. I appreciated the ease of setting up the account on the phone and the quick response time.
