I have been using Go Go Grandparent for approximately two years now and this service is a godsend because not everyone has a relative or friend who can assist them with going to medical appointments, medication deliveries and grocery deliveries as well as food deliveries.

Go Go Grandparent are very good to work with. I can always reach the operator and cancel if I have to or make other changes. The operators are unfailingly polite and efficient. The fees are not exhorbitant. I am glad at not having to text with them or receive texts. I feel more comfortable with telephone conversation to arrange and manage rides.
