First time user of this service and quite satisfied with the results. Pick-up driver was on time and very friendly with a lot of chatter between us. Enjoyed the trip to my appointment with her and arrived ahead of schedule, which is good. What really surprised me was the return trip. I am a senior that needs help quite often when going to a Doctor's appt...Since I discovered GoGoGrandparent, they have been a wonderful lifesaver....When I have an appt. to go to & I get something done @ the *********** doesn't want me to drive home, it's terrific.....or if I don't know where a new doctor is I don't get anxious before my appt. I am 90 and in a retirment home. Lost wife of 67 yrs. An Old lady Married to a minister 66yrs ask me for a date, I called Go Go, opened the back door, shoved her in and got into the front seat with the driver. My children say I should have at least held her hand. The date went VERY well. Better the next time if there ever is one,
