My car was not able to be driven, I had tests scheduled at the hospital and my friend who was going to drive me to the hospital was sick. I didn't know what to do, I found GoGo Grandparents online and they set up my account and sent a driver, ****** to take me to the appointment. ****** was a careful and good driver and I felt safe and comfortable. I recommend them. I purchased a monthly subscription, and will update my review as time goes on. Drivers were safe, polite, on time. Great customer service! Talked to two very nice & professional supervisors when I experienced a couple of glitches, they clarified my questions & explained much of their process so I could understand.
