This was my first experience with the ride share. After a wonky mis-scheduling r/t their system upgrade, I got the dates and times going and coming home straightend out, went off beautifully. I was chaperoning two visually impaired young women, as well as my using s mobility ******. Both of our drivers were efficient, professional, and attentive, Well done.

While it was not me who got the ride, GoGo did help me get a stranded woman delivered from our neighborhood to, I hope, her home.I found other sites quite cumbersome (with my lack of online experience) and DESPERATLY needed to TALK to someone to help me. Having a phone number was so important for me to get this person where they wanted to go and NOT continuing to go through our private 55+ community knocking on doors.
