Was put in a Nursing home for the last 3 months did not use the service. Just paid for April. Asked for my money back. Told me no. Worst customer service ever. Got left at a location twice. Would not recommend the service to anyone.

These people still for me $245.88. I never use **** or Lyft or anything like that I did it one time use. They told me it was $12. They took $12 out of my account. I tipped the driver $20, next thing I know off my credit card I have $245.88 taken out saying that I had seven days to cancel the membership. I didnt want a membership. I just needed a one time service please give me my money back.
This business engages in false advertising bc it advertises that it is cheaper than other taxi services when in fact it is more expensive bc they force you to spend $29.99 for a month's membership. If they were ethical they would only have you pay that if you wanted all the services they provided you to justify paying that fee. I wish I could give 0 stars. They supposedly offer over priced rides to seniors. But my parents very first experience ordering a ride to a *** appointment, they no showed. They were put on hold for 25 minutes to schedule and the operator was rude and impatient. After we called for answers and a refund, a manager ***** told me there would be no refund. Bad experience. The car reeked of cigarettes. The driver took me to the wrong address. I kept giving him the right address. Finally found it. He drove around it twice before I could get him to stop. They signed me up for a membership without my approval. They ask if I wanted a membership and I said NO. They continued to get me a ride. Never once did they say I had to have a membership. Now they will not cancel my membership and refund my money, even after I completed all the required steps to cancel it. I have had to cancel my card and they have caused me a lot of anxiety. I recommend not using them. They take advantage of elderly people.

Driver drop us off at the wrong location. I believe the operator gave the driver the wrong airport terminal at ***. Driver did not want to help and told me I needed to take a different ride if I wanted to get to my terminal. Was not helpful at all.
