It went horrible!!!! The driver wasn't very competent and very unprofessional and NOT friendly at all. She was hateful and very upset because I failed to tell them to put building number with the apartment number, which I did tell them the building number, she said, "no you did not" and was looking for the order screen and said, "oh I must have deleted it" da her fault and it was on the receipt that GoGoGrandparent emailed me. I signed up to this company to obtain a single ride the day before I needed it. The signup process was much longer than the ride (4 miles). Password issues prevented me from downloading the Uber app. Maybe Uber in ***** is OK. I almost never need a ride. Calling them was problematic at best. Several times I ended up in a chat GPT loop, constantly starting over. Would give 0 stars if could First time used this company had put in address wrong instead of being at Dr ****** I was in a residential area and since I was brought to address driver had I had to get out and wait for another driver to be sent I am 73 years Old in a ****** and left in 110 degree heat . When using an Uber driver you can get stranded until yo get a driver whom will call you when they arrive & try to track you down to get a ride! I called & the ***** driver in a red car never appeared! Truly shocked by my first interaction with Gogograndparent. Signed up for my grandma, put her credit card in and then the page timed out. So, I went through the process to re-register her. When I signed in, I went to sign up her membership, selected monthly basic so she could try it out, then get an email that her monthly basic membership will start July 28, 2025, after her annual membership ends. Took 2 rides with them . Going to appt. Driver wore a headset the entire way. Never took off. Didn't speak. Isn't that illegal. Windows wide open hair going all over the place and I tried to get him to shut but I guess wasn't hearing with headset on. That was about $44.00. Beyond disgusted with the customer service of this company. Got my dad set up with a ride. He was waiting for **************************************************************************** 5 minutes. My dad is 81 years old. No one showed up. I called this company and they told me his ride had been canceled because they were looking for a smaller vehicle, but failed to call my dad or myself. I deactivated my account and still haven't received a refund for my subscription. It's been nearly a month.
