I had documents needing mailed, and needed signatures of other "senior citizens". The driver picked up the paperwork stopped to get signatures, and took the mail to the post office. When I could still drive this wasn't a problem for me; now it's a challenge to manage. This was handled professionaly by the phone operator who walked me through the steps needed and the driver who delivered the mail for me.

Although I am not their target customer, I can say that Gogo Grandparent helped me when I was stranded and no other taxi service was willing to come pick me up. The level of service was superb, and the rate for the ride was very affordable.
