I signed up today because my car unexpectedly went into the repair shop. My driver showed up within 2 minutes of completing my order for the ride. The customer service person on the phone was polite and helpful. My driver was clean and neat, wearing a suit, and the car was immaculate. The ride cost about $20 less than other ride company quotes I received. I will definitely use this ride service again.

I registered for GoGoGrandparent because the **** website would not allow me to simply get a ride from the ******************************** without a flight number; and because my iPhone 7 will no longer upgrade its operating system to one that supports current app's. This was my very first **** rider, ever, and it went quite smoothly. The driver was prompt, helped me with my luggage, and delivered me to my destination with no problem.

The ***************** service has been amazing for my Mom. She likes talking to the representatives to book her rides and has had far more freedom since we joined *******. I love that the technology exists to remove the technology for **** rides. Without this service, I was at a loss. I live in a different state than my Mom and she doesn't know how to use a smart phone. We combined GoGo GP with a Raz phone and it's been an amazing combination.
