I had knee surgery and use a ******-was convenient to set up a ride for appointments. Could set up ahead of time, they notified me of driver vehicle, arrival time, etc, I love the service-have a number to call if you need to change a schedule that is set up. My first ride went very well thank you. The driver arrived exactly on time and took me to my destination without problem.
It was a perfect trip to and from Doctor. Satisfied.
Highly professional and courteous scheduling agents and drivers. I am slightly disabled due to spinal surgery. My drivers made sure I was safe coming down and going back up my stairs. They held my ****** steady, and helped me in to and out of the cars. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. My drivers practiced extremely safe driving habits and were very focused. All together an excellent experience.
