It is not possible to give a review on a "Ride" that hasn't happened yet. (Hence the "Average" rating.. The person "***" who responded to my phone call was courteous and helpful and it seems that I am scheduled for what I asked for. (Well Done) I would give her a great rating except no-where in the discussion was it pointed out that a driver has to "accept" my request. Well.. I am hoping for the best.
