This waz my first experience with them. I needed a ride from the hospital to home and home was a 40 minute ride. I called fo sign to up and that waz easy and fast ro compete. My ride was outside waiting for me, 3 minuts he arrived. I was amazed. We had great conversations all the way home and when we arrived home i did not have my ****** with me cause it was in the house. Relatively easy to schedule a ride. It was a little difficult to understand the Gogo Grandparent representative but eventually got the information needed to schedule my parents' first ride. The driver arrived on time and dropped them off at the designated place without any issues.
They were there when we needed them. Great service; and so convenient!

Excellent ride from airport. Didn't take long to sign up. Then, I tried the grocery delivery service. The person helped me order and the delivery was free. There was a minimum of $10 but it was so convenient I spent more. They're very kind and patient. Can't say enough about this fabulous service!!!

I was not expecting to have to subscribe before I could get a ride. But after I did subscribe the call was easy. My driver arrived promptly and was very polite. She asked if it was to cold with the air conditioner on. The car was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was not just a customer but as a person. Tips aren't necessary but I tipped and she was appreciative.
