One evening, 10:00 PM, a ride I personally arranged for with Lyft, DID NOT SHOW UP. Being stranded after a concert was not my idea of fun. My first time using a ride service. I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle and left me injured so I could not drive. Wonderful service to get me to and from the many doctor appointments I have to attend. Also available on short notice. They help me in and out of their vehicle since I am on crutches and one leg is immobile.

This was my first experience and it was so easy I was overwhelmed. I went to the doctor for an eye test, was on time and while I was there, I got a flu and Covid shot. Killed three birds with one stone. Then I called to go home and was home in 20 minutes. The whole experience was so effortless it was wonderful. Thank you GOGOGrandparent. You have a patron for life, whatever that means at 90 years old.
