First time user of this service and quite satisfied with the results. Pick-up driver was on time and very friendly with a lot of chatter between us. Enjoyed the trip to my appointment with her and arrived ahead of schedule, which is good. What really surprised me was the return trip. After the bloodwork, I called GoGo and within 5 minutes my driver was at my *********** returning me home. Very quiet driver. Don't think he said 10 words the whole trip back. ***** also. I had been struggling on my own with the Lyft app on my phone trying to get a ride between Greeley, ** and ***********. I was getting nowhere. I was getting so frustrated and discouraged. I am having surgery on Valentines Day for Kidney stones. *** said it was ok to get dropped off but had to have my daughter pick me up.I finally stumbled upon GoGoGrandparents by pure accident. I am a senior that needs help quite often when going to a Doctor's appt...Since I discovered GoGoGrandparent, they have been a wonderful lifesaver....When I have an appt. to go to & I get something done @ the *********** doesn't want me to drive home, it's terrific.....or if I don't know where a new doctor is I don't get anxious before my appt. I can't speak highly about this service....They are so considerate, always confirming & telling you name of drive, make of car he/she will be driving. I love it.****** *****

I am 90 and in a retirment home. Lost wife of 67 yrs. An Old lady Married to a minister 66yrs ask me for a date, I called Go Go, opened the back door, shoved her in and got into the front seat with the driver. My children say I should have at least held her hand. The date went VERY well. Better the next time if there ever is one,
