Very good experience! The service was easy to set up, provided important details of driver, kept sending reminders of scheduled rides, drivers were on time, friendly, and able to take me to and from my locations with ease or loss of direction! Im glad I have GoGo driver service to depend on in my retirement!
The ride to the courthouse was good, and I got there on time, but he let me off at the light, so I had to walk with my cane to the jury entry door. In fairness to him, he and I didn't know where the jury door was. The ride home was pleasant and the driver was considerate and helped me get out of the car safely.
My first experience was actually a delivery. I needed to have my prescription delivered and the whole procedure was perfect. I am breathing better now and I intend to keep using your service !
This was my first time to use this go go grandparent app to run a couple errands. The lady that drove me, her name was TEE. And she was wonderful and courteous and I told her this was my first ride. Dont leave me. I dont wanna be deserted and she didnt and she took me to my second destination and then we went back home and I gave her a $15 tip for being friendly and she drove great. I recommend this company and driver. I guess its a sister company of ****. Im not sure yet.
