Usually the service I get from the *********** is bad and even criminal regarding firms such as ******** and ********(even arbitrary cancelling of service plans and switching from one to another. **** with Go Go Grandparent was so pleasant and professional I do not feel so bad about these protracted wrongs. The drivers we had were very nice. There were 5 of us plus a ****** so we needed a larger car. We had a ***** Oddessy which was perfect. For the return request it automatically gave the correct addresses BUT I noticed it was a small car. I quickly pressed cancel and called into the service to get a larger car for the return. There should have been some way to get the same sized car for the return. If i hadnt noticed the small car mentioned we would have had to pay for it , and reorder and wait for the larger car.
