My driver was very pleasant & kind! I use a ****** & can't walk at all with out it. He waited patiently while I got in his car then took my ****** to his trunk. He helped me find my seatbelt connections. He also was kind enough to answer my questions as this was my first ride. His driving was great & I felt very comfortable. This is fabulous service! Thanks.

I just signed up yesterday, and had my first ride today. The GoGo operator was pleasant and very helpful. My ride arrived in 5 minutes, and the driver was also extremely courteous and pleasant. I'm thrilled so far, and also love the idea that GoGo can help with so many other things, like grocery shopping. And even some in home services. And the monthly plans are very affordable. GoGo seems to have thought of everything we Grandfolks might need. This is an excellent outfit!

There needs to be a backup device other than computer connection or cell phones specifically, sometimes the connection is not great depending on the area and cellular service. Can not give pre dated location and addresses before going to my destination.
