I recently became of GoGoParent. My first ride. August 20th from my home to 3601 21st Street, Lubbock, Texas went with driver Scott went very. There was a lot of confusion with scheduled rides after that. Most of Uber vehicles were clean with exception of one, it smelled of smoke. I am a non-smoker. The two-lady drivers were very polite.
On time and a professional solid driver. Clean car. Just a great trip.

I had a fantastic interaction with **** from the GoGoGrandparent team today. He was thoughtful and patient as he explained the program to me and helped me get an account set up for my 94 year old Uncle. **** went so far as to help me set up an accurate latitude / longitude based ****** pin drop in order to make sure that my Uncle is picked up and dropped off at precisely the correct spot every single time. Thanks **** and the entire GoGoGrandparent team!

Greeting to you, GOGOGRANDPARENT! It was the pleasant round-trip ride between home and the medical facility as of 08/19/2025 and the ******s were pleasant especially the second ****** who brought me back home was helpful when I got out of the car and walked me up on the hilly driveway until I got on the porch sidewalk.
