I use Gogograndparents due to I have a flip phone and poor vision. I always have a good experience with them. My drivers are usually good and to days driver ***** was so nice and helpful by helping me with my ******. They give drivers the route to take and make sure you arrive safely.

The telephone support person was patient and easy to work with. The driver was competent.
Driver was super courteous, helpful and social! My only hesitation was the price. I also was forced to use my manual chair because I know that wheelchair accessible vehicles are hard to come by unfortunately. I hear that this is not Gogo grandparent though. It was a $35 trip and I am on a fixed income so I may do it as an occasional splurge. Great driver very nice on time very polite fast there in a minute
I called their 800 number and it was so easy to book my fitst **** ride.when i git a call telling me that the car would be 14 minutes ****, I called back and a new immediate ride was confirmed. a very nice fellow named Efron pulled up in a new black sedan that was very comfortable and clean.perfect ride.a nice experience.
Helpful with my wheelchair scooter. Knowledgeable about setting it up.
