Great service for anyone preferring to make a phone call and not deal with any apps . They take care of the details for you. As a senior, its convenient. I have no interest in keeping up with changing apps when I need a ride. This is SO much simpler. Never had a bad experience.

I used GoGoGrandparents for the first time having to take my mothers vehicle to get repaired. I needed a ride back from the mechanic to her home. After the easy set up on the phone, the driver arrived in 10 minutes. I appreciated the ease of setting up the account on the phone and the quick response time. I was left an hour and a half by a taxi that never arrived. While looking for another ride saw the GoGoGrandparent ad and found out what it was about. I signed up and requested a ride and the driver was there within minutes. I will be using the service for getting groceries, going to doctor appointments and picking up prescriptions.
