The drivers we had were very nice. There were 5 of us plus a ****** so we needed a larger car. We had a ***** Oddessy which was perfect. For the return request it automatically gave the correct addresses BUT I noticed it was a small car. I quickly pressed cancel and called into the service to get a larger car for the return. There should have been some way to get the same sized car for the return. If i hadnt noticed the small car mentioned we would have had to pay for it , and reorder and wait for the larger car. We were first time users of this service and, in spite of being initially skeptical about the how dependable it might be, we were pleasantly surprised! We were picked up at the designated time which was at ****. Later that morning, we phoned to be picked up for a return home ride. Within the time quoted for our driver to arrive and a description of the vehicle, the driver arrived and we were on our way home. Not only was the service as promised, it was stress-free.
