What a delight to actually be able to talk to a REAL person who is eager to help and extremely knowledgeable! took my first GoGo Grandparent ride today and it went without a hitch. This seems to be easier than calling my insurance company aqnd the response is much faster. I will continue to use them.

Driver was very polite. His phone GPS wasnt calculating for the correct address.

I use Gogograndparents due to I have a flip phone and poor vision. I always have a good experience with them. My drivers are usually good and to days driver ***** was so nice and helpful by helping me with my ******. They give drivers the route to take and make sure you arrive safely.

The telephone support person was patient and easy to work with. The driver was competent.
Driver was super courteous, helpful and social! My only hesitation was the price. I also was forced to use my manual chair because I know that wheelchair accessible vehicles are hard to come by unfortunately. I hear that this is not Gogo grandparent though. It was a $35 trip and I am on a fixed income so I may do it as an occasional splurge.
