**** said no ride available but **** found one immediately. My first experience and a kind gentleman handled every step very patiently. I needed a package delivered in a different state from my sisters home to my grandson in *******. The **** representative took all the information, an **** arrived within two minutes, a GoGo representative informed me the package had been picked up and informed me when it was delivered. Great service, everything went super smoothly. Agents talk slowly and clearly. Take the time to explain how **** *********** cab was in front of my door at 3:15 as requested for my ride to the airport.GOGO is a great service a bit pricey if you pay the yearly membership but you are allowed a trial without having to pay the membership. GO.GOGO.

I needed to schedule a trip to the doctors with 4 hours notice. Every service I contacted needed 48 hours notice. GoGoGrandparent sent ****** within 4 hours and I was able to get to the Doctor. ****** was an Excellent Driver. I am sorry I forgot to tip him. I learned the next day I could have tipped him through the service IF i had called within an hour of the trip. Too Late. Sorry ******.

I had an appointment at my medical clinic on Tuesday. My driver arrived promptly on both the trip to the clinic and the lift home. Both drivers were friendly and professional. The vehicles were clean and the seatbelts worked smoothly. I was very pleasantly impressed.
