I took my first GoGoGramp round trip earlier this evening. It was a very convenient and pleasant experience. Everyone I spoke with at their offices was amiable, helpful, considerate and "professional" (in the good way).My driver's and I had some enjoyable chats and a few laughs. What a fine way to dart out to take care of something, but have the outing transformed by the ease, comfort, efficiency and pleasure of doing so like that.

My first rides with GoGo were very good. They were on time which I appreciated. They were supposed to be informed I needed them to come to my door to help me with wheelchair and then put wheelchair in vehicle. Neither ride to destination or from destination knew I had a wheelchair. Yet my email confirmations indicate that information. Don't know how that happened. I will be continuing to use GoGo Grandparents.
