I've been with Go Go Grandparent for about 2 years now and I simply love it. Their customer service is top notch, and they really advocate for you if you have a dispute with a ride or a driver. And, I must mention that disputes rarely happen because Go Go sends the best drivers from Lyft and ***** I'm 100% satisfied! I had knee surgery and use a ******-was convenient to set up a ride for appointments. Could set up ahead of time, they notified me of driver vehicle, arrival time, etc, I love the service-have a number to call if you need to change a schedule that is set up. Drivers are so nice to visit with and help with ******, etc. Rate is great,
