The young lady who helped me over the phone was a savior! We requested an Uber several days before, but they didn't let us know there wasn't a driver available until minutes before we were scheduled to depart for the airport. Even though our driver started our return trip to the airport one hour later than expected (and we were on the phone with Go Go Grandparent for almost one hour), we made it to our flight in time and our luggage made it too! I have been a Go Go Grandparents rider since 2022. I have had excellent service from the Grandchildren assisting me in my needs. I now have my baby sis as a new member too. I have only been able to attend a few of chair yoga and chair fitness due to family sleeping schedules, as not to disturb them I am one for cranking up the video!! The phone representative was very patient and helpful during my registration. My driver (Mr. R.B) was very courteous and knowledgeable of the location where I needed to go at the airport. I will definitely refer this service to friends and family. I will continue to use this service myself for future rides. And the pricing and ease of getting a detailed receipt is great!
