Great job Crew ****** did a good job everyone on the phone call did a great job the monthly cost is a little high due to the fact had I'm not at a point of needing a ride all the time but what a service you and your team have. My drvr or drvrs were good, polite , started a conversation and talked on the way to my destination and bck ho afterwards. I'll give both Drvr's I had with each of thm to and frm my house and to my destination and bck home 4-stars

At 80 and older I can imagine ways this service helps but the added value over direct contact with rideshare is limited to planned trips to distant cities like ***** for a 2 week Cruise.

So far, based on my experience, everything's been going very well w/ GoGoGrandparent in Newton, Mass. All the drivers have been cordial and professional. However, the fluctuation in price during "high demand" times can be a real hardship. Sometimes the cost for a ride is ridiculous.
