If youre wanting to handle details of an **** ride by phone and get an estimate of the cost - this is a fantastic service. However, it does take longer than arranging online and there is a concierge fee on top of the ride cost. Otherwise great service!

My first time tonight using it for my mom. Driver very nice but was told by the office that I would get a call telling me my mom was home and that did not happen. A little disappointed but hoping that wont happen again

Because I use this service frequently, all my information is stored. Anytime I need to make a repeat trip, the recording asks a couple of questions: Pick up and Drop off locations. Once it finds a driver, it tells me the driver's name, car make and model, and driver's license plate number.
