Easy scheduling by phone. I used GOGO in *********, half the price of a local Taxi.On a return trip to **. I had to adjust my pickup time. The phone attendant was very helpful. The **** arrived within 9 minutes.

My 90 yr old dad's first two trips (a round trip in one day) went so well. I am grateful. During the ********************************************************* all about their them and their cars (he always was a car enthusiast). He's got some dementia and uses a ******. Mom is in a Skilled Nursing facility for a bit and he misses her and is worried about her. The positive experience cheered all three of us and is such a relief to have available.

I have used Go Go Grandparent for nearly two years and have been satisfied with the service now that we have ironed out the bugs. Today my driver was very inexperienced having moved to the area 2 days ago. He had no idea where my destination was. His hands were very shaky and his car was not clean. His GPS was not working.
