No problems here! Driver was early, and took the exact route I would have taken. Nice vehicle to ride in, as my car is in the shop. Comfortable ride and there was no wild moments. Overall, pleasant 1st time experience. I guess Ill use it again since I got it for a month.

We had a great experience. We booked a ride a week in advance. Received a call the day before confirming the ride and pick up time. Also morning of ride received a call that driver was on the way. Driver was very nice and we arrived at our destination with no issues. This is a wonderful program

Woman Driver Couldn't find the Hospital. I explained she was coming to PHL *********** Driver very polite, safe driver, helped with my luggage.Good experience with Go-Go.Unfortunately, plane was late, and luggage was delayed about an hour.Will use again and will spread the word.

Yesterday, Dec. 20th, 2024, I used GoGoGrandparents for the first time. There were small glitches due to misunderstandings. I don't know car brands, the only way I identify a car is by color and plates number. I was told a red car would pick me up. When I came out I saw a red car parked in front of the neighbors' house. I thought the driver had made a mistake, but actually the red car was a vehicle rented by my neighbors.
