The operator was VERY helpful, patient while I looked up information. She made me feel comfortable and at ease to something new to me. I think her name was ***** or something like that. I wished that I could remember her name better. She is a winner!!!

Excellent experience with kind phone representative and driver. Discount because I receive SSD. Driver allowed me to hold his arm as I walked, giver my mobile deficits. Driver carried my bags as well!
