So, I signed up for ************ again. After reading of their many services, I was glad to find so many needs of mine covered. Whereas I was not able to contact **** or Lyft by smartphone or any other way, I found that I could make a call to *** and REACH A PERSON who was able and happy to help me deal with my situation. This was my 1st time to use ****. I had a doctor's appt. and the pain management center said I needed a driver, since I was having minor surgery. The driver got me to my appt. on time; he was professional and a safe driver. 3 things: He was supposed to pick me up at home in the driveway, since I had a cane, the car was not clean and I had a hard time with the seat belt (couldn't get it buckled)I actually had the same driver on my return trip and he was immediately available after my phone call for pick up.
