Our GoGo Grandparent ride was a WONDERFUL experience! Our driver was helpful (helped my husband load my wheelchair and all our luggage into his car), pleasant (conversed with us) and just over-all a great person. We felt like we'd made a new friend! Thanks, ****!

I have been a Go Go Grandparents rider since 2022. I have had excellent service from the Grandchildren assisting me in my needs. I now have my baby sis as a new member too. I have only been able to attend a few of chair yoga and chair fitness due to family sleeping schedules, as not to disturb them I am one for cranking up the video!! I also would like to add these workouts to my TV too. I love that you have a community of like minded folks! The phone representative was very patient and helpful during my registration. My driver (Mr. R.B) was very courteous and knowledgeable of the location where I needed to go at the airport. I will definitely refer this service to friends and family. I will continue to use this service myself for future rides. And the pricing and ease of getting a detailed receipt is great!

Kem is always pleasant and helpful. She is very professional on the phone. The drivers I have has are nice and helpful with my holdup ******. All are safe drivers paying attention to their driving. They have chatted with me. Always polite.

***** was one of the best drivers we ever had. He was courteous and respectful and so very funny. It made going to the doctor's more fun, even though I had been in pain. I am truly grateful. The operator was VERY helpful, patient while I looked up information. She made me feel comfortable and at ease to something new to me. I think her name was ***** or something like that. I wished that I could remember her name better. She is a winner!!!

Excellent experience with kind phone representative and driver. Discount because I receive SSD. Driver allowed me to hold his arm as I walked, giver my mobile deficits. Driver carried my bags as well!
