I used the service for my eye doctor appointment. The driver picked me up from my home promptly and he was very nice. The driver that picked me up at the doctor's office was very prompt and also very nice. Great service!

I had a change in drivers. That was okay. I’m disappointed that the price isn’t really that much less than regular Uber. I will still use it though.
