I live in a Retirement Home and have used ************************ for over five years and am well pleased. The service is always on time and very easy to book a return trip. I can no longer drive so I would not be able to shop or go out at all. I have not has trouble with my large ******, each driver helps with a smile 10/26/24

Usually the service I get from the *********** is bad and even criminal regarding firms such as ******** and ********(even arbitrary cancelling of service plans and switching from one to another. **** with Go Go Grandparent was so pleasant and professional I do not feel so bad about these protracted wrongs. The drivers we had were very nice. There were 5 of us plus a ****** so we needed a larger car. We had a ***** Oddessy which was perfect. For the return request it automatically gave the correct addresses BUT I noticed it was a small car. I quickly pressed cancel and called into the service to get a larger car for the return. There should have been some way to get the same sized car for the return. If i hadnt noticed the small car mentioned we would have had to pay for it , and reorder and wait for the larger car. I was not sure how to proceed so I selected Operator and spoke to ** ******* who was very friendly with instant understanding and clear information. I found this typical of GoGo Grandparent. Ordering a ride was easy, the driver arrived promptly and was very pleasant and helpful Booking the return trip was the same. I am delighted with the service and highly recommend it
