Overall we were happy with the stay. I would request a different room next time due to the mildew smell. The room was very musty and humid with a mold odor. It was overwhelming when we entered the room and were surprised as this was the 4th floor. That was a little concerning. The carpet was old and outdated, did not appear clean. Good The elevator near my room didn’t work, after 14+ hours of walking around Disneyland those 4th floor stairs are not fun, also people with luggage and strollers were inconvenienced. Close to Disneyland
My family always has a good time so we powered through, but the experience was less than aweso The staff was VERY nice and pleasant. When we needed extra blanket, towels and coffee, it was delivered promptly and with a great attitude. BONUS: Excellent fireworks viewing! The facility operated more as a motel than a hotel. We usually stay here, but this time was the worst stay ever. The beds and were hard. The toilet didn’t flush. I could he The property outside is always clean.
Will book elsewhere the staff was wonderful at least. Motel 6 has nicer rooms very dark and small. You can hear everything all people, cars , wind sounds like rain literally everything happening outside sounds like it’s in the room with you. There is a parking fee and no breakfast I feel like the other hotels are better priced even if they are slightly more expensive they have way better amenities and the rooms are very outdated here.

Not great but it’s close to the park. Very mediocre hotel. I expected more being so close to Disney. The room was stinky, the carpet felt wet, the heater let off a nasty musty smell, the door (which goes directly outdoors) had a 1 inch gap at the bottom to allow someone to put a tool under the door to open it or allow bugs and creatures in. Not a fan really! Won’t stay again.

Underwhelming and rude, but good location for Disneyland theme parks. I requested an early check in (11-12) because I had to be at my event at 1 pm. I was denied that request. If you don't offer this service don't have it on the Booking website. Another issue I had was that when I was done with my event I was able to go back to the hotel and receive my key to my room. (this was at 9pm). When I received the key I was scolded by the front desk person about parking in the guest spot while I was at my event. I reminded him that ... read more
Fair Elevator wasn't working for 2 days we were there. Had to carry stroller and everything every time. Clean and comfy beds
Good Room wasnt ready upon arrival, and I never got an alert when it was ready. I had to call around 7pm to check It was walking distance to Disney
