it was OK, but I don’t wanna stay there again if I can help it The beds are incredibly hard staff not particularly friendly. There seems to be only a few rooms that are handicap accessible and they’re stuck right in front of an elevator. Very convenient to Disneyland

Short but sweet The water in the bathroom sink and the bathtub both had a strong odor of sulfur. Not sure if it is dirty pipes but it was really bad at times. It was hard to brush our teeth. The location was very good and very close to the park ! Room was very clean

Great location and comfortable. When we first checked in our room, when you turned on the air, smelled of extremely strong urine. Someone had taken an opportunity to pee in the air conditioner that is for certain but maintenance came up and fixed it for us. There was not another room available if that exceptional maintenance man had not been able to fix our problem. I’m not sure where we would’ve stayed. his name is Guillermo and he is outstanding. To sum up Price is great for the location decent average hotel overall I just think the beds weren’t as comfy but I did like the pillows on them, there wasn’t a shower rug but that’s ok I used a towel, Room 124 location was not that quite great for sleeping just because it was right next to the ice machine and people came to get some late at night and early morning This was a good location for the Disney parks right across the street about a less than 10 minute walk, Nice staff well who I talked to both the day before and ch... read more
